I cook well, but vegan dishes have always embarrassed me about what to prepare. Barbara’s excellent book for traditional chefs like myself opened up a whole new perspective on vegan food and “pulled” me into exploring. Simple but very delicious dishes. Thanks to Barbara for the introductions to each meal and the beautiful photos where you feel hungry just by watching. And let’s not forget: A healthy mind in a healthy body needs a healthy diet.
