What do I mean by “traditional cook”?
These are certainly all amateur and professional cooks who would like to upgrade the classic dishes of their grandmothers with new vegan flavors, and thus satisfy an increasing circle of those who, for various reasons, stand by this new, healthy and interesting nutrition trend.
The book presents a wide range of different vegan meals, from breakfasts, snacks, lunches to desserts.

Great book and very different. She first piqued my curiosity with beautiful photos. The dishes on them look so delicious and colorful. Although I am not (yet) very familiar with vegan cuisine, the vivid descriptions have convinced me that dishes prepared according to the recipes from this book will also be on our table. I am already looking forward to new experiences.

This book is a pure gem; very precious to me as it is very difficult to find a Vegan guide without products that contains gluten and sugar. It contains simple and delicious recepies that won’t dissapoint you no matter what are your preferences. I love it; it makes my meals richer and healthier.
The sophisticated dishes are made with grace, it is clear that every detail was accounted for… It is extremely pleasing just holding it in your hands.

Different… Whiteness that sucks you in a pleasant way because it’s not “too white”. Very useful arrows that beautifully present the dish and connect it into a whole. The pictures are clean and most important to me, filled with beautiful colors of the food you crave! I want more!
I cook well, but vegan dishes have always embarrassed me about what to prepare. Barbara’s excellent book for traditional chefs like myself opened up a whole new perspective on vegan food and “pulled” me into exploring. Simple but very delicious dishes.
