Mix the wet ingredients in a blender until they are well combined. These are: melted coconut oil, hazelnut butter, banana, agave syrup and molasses.
Then add all the remaining dry ingredients to the wet ingredients (in a blender) and mix again, into a homogeneous mixture.
Preheat oven to: 200 degrees celsius
Cover the baking tray with baking paper. Use a spoon to form dough in a desired shape (“cushions”).
Bake (on ventilation) for 15 minutes - 200 degrees celsius
Notes
The dough will cover 2 trays. Cushions will still be tender after baking, so leave them on the rack to cool. Keep them chilled in a sealed container.The pads will be very tasty even without Molasses, but it adds a special note of flavour.
