SMOOTHIE FROM TARRAGON

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup of golden pineapple
  • An inch of ginger
  • ½ teaspoon of cardamom
  • 2 cups of young spinach
  • A handful of fresh tarragon leaves stripped from the stems
  • A few fresh lemon balm or lemon mint leaves
  • 1 teaspoon of powdered spirulina
  • 1 teaspoon of hemp proteins
  • 1 dl of cooled green tea
  • 1 teaspoon of peanut butter
  • Flax mixture

Flax mixture

  • 2 teaspoons ground golden linseed
  • teaspoon of psyllium
  • teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • teaspoon of ground ginger
  • 3 prunes or 3 dried apricots, or a handfulof dried cranberries or raisins

Instructions
 

Flax mixture recipe:

  • Pour 1 dl of plant milk over everything.
    Stir and leave in the fridge overnight.

Preparation:

  • Blend.
